Order Cancellations

• Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@warewolf.in or call us at +91 93726 68686 to request a cancellation.
• After Dispatch: Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted. You may, however, initiate a return or exchange after you receive the item(s) in accordance with our Return Policy.

Refunds

• Full Refund: If your order is canceled before dispatch, you will be eligible for a full refund, which will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
 • Return-Related Refund: Refunds on returns are processed as store credit, once the returned items pass our quality checks.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Certain items are non-refundable, including:
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Items returned without their original tags or packaging.
• Any items specified as non-returnable on our product pages.
