At Warewolf, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please review our Shipping and Returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

1. Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India.

2. Dispatch Timelines: Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST will be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

3. Cash on Delivery: We offer cash on delivery (COD) with a 10% advance deposit of the total invoice value. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable.

4. Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partner will attempt delivery three times. If the customer is unable to receive the order within these attempts, the 10% advance deposit will be forfeited.

Returns Policy

1. Returns for Manufacturing Defects: We only accept returns in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify us of any issues within the return window.

2. No Returns for Sizing Issues: We do not accept returns due to sizing concerns. Please refer to our detailed sizing chart to ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.

3. Customer-Paid Return Shipping: If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns must be shipped by the customer directly.

4. Exchanges: In the case of exchanges, Warewolf will arrange and cover the cost of shipping for the exchange item.

5. Original Packaging Requirement: Items being returned must be in their original packaging, with tags intact. Products not meeting this requirement will not be accepted for return.

6. Store Credit for Returns: Upon approval of your return, Warewolf will issue store credit equal to the purchase value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases.

7. Return Request Window: Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
